We design floorplans + work seamlessly with your architect, engineer, or contractor on architecture plans and layouts that are designed with your individual vision of your new build custom home in mind. Please note: we do not provide stamped plans or secure permits or approvals, but we have trusted experts we can recommend.

We coordinate bids by third-party builders, general contractors, architects, engineers, and tradespersons. We’ll also prepare a detailed handoff package to insure the design vision is executed correctly. During the construction process, we answer design questions, do site visits as needed, and help with issue resolutions to take that stress off your plate!

We offer our expert guidance and support in selecting the perfect new build materials + finishes to bring your interior design dreams to reality, including flooring, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, hardware and more!  Once the design is complete we curate the perfect furniture, window treatments, and accessories to finish each room to perfection.

Our dedicated procurement staff will manage the purchase of items for your new home, including any furniture, artwork, décor, and building/construction materials. We offer full white-glove luxury service from ordering through inspection, storage, delivery, and installation.
